our shipping terms below:
- Shipping Charges: Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order
and the delivery location. These will be added to your total at the time of checkout or shared
during WhatsApp orders.
- Delivery Area: We ship across India. For specific locations, please verify with us
via WhatsApp.
- Processing Time: Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. During peak
seasons, processing may take up to 3 business days.
- Delivery Time: Standard delivery usually takes 4-7 business days depending on your
location.
- Tracking: Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number
via WhatsApp or email.
2. Packaging
We use eco-friendly and secure packaging for all our products, especially for sensitive items like Azolla
and Fish Amino Acid, to ensure they reach you fresh and intact.
3. Refund & Return Policy
At FarmRoots, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please
review our refund policy:
- Returns: Due to the nature of organic and perishable products (like Azolla), we may
not always accept physical returns. However, if there is an issue with the quality or damage during
transit, please let us know immediately.
- Damaged Products: If you receive a damaged product, please take a photo and contact
us via WhatsApp at +91 94453 60704 within 24 hours of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or
a partial/full refund.
- Cancellations: You can cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once Shipped,
orders cannot be cancelled.
- Refund Process: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
within 5-7 business days.
4. Freshness Guarantee (Special Case: Azolla)
Azolla is a living plant. We take extreme care in packing it. If the biomass is significantly degraded
upon arrival despite standard delivery times, please reach out to us for a resolution.
